More than 130 blankets and more than 150 t-shirts Distributed by Ujebong Circle & Team BYLC; Sponsored & supported By BYLC at the Panchari Upzilla of Khagrachari district. The idea was to identify the most deprived place, where the people are actually suffering from the biting cold. The cloth distribution was held at 4 locations in Panchari and local government service holders were present to witness this mirthful event. All we wanted to see is their smiling faces, and the pictures say it all !
